Mission

What drives us at Vision Food Group

Four commitments we hold each other to — in the bakery, in the kitchen, and in the office.

  • Elevate positive relationships through trust

We build positive relationships through trust — creating a better environment for our team and for the communities we serve.

  • Leaders are professional learners

We are lifelong learners who empower each other through knowledge, growth, and adaptability, always lifting one another up.

  • Own your zone

We are resourceful people, committed and accountable to our company goals and to the commitments we make to each other.

  • What's the why behind the what

We care about the deeper objective in everything we do. We act with intention and we challenge the process.

Our story

Built by operators, from the ground up.

  1. 2020

Vision Food Group is founded in metro Atlanta and opens its first Crumbl Cookies bakery in Marietta in August.

  2. 2021

Crumbl Kennesaw opens in April and Lawrenceville in November.

  3. 2022

Snellville opens in July and Buford in September — five bakeries across the north metro.

  4. 2023

Sandy Springs (February) and Flowery Branch (Cinco de Mayo, May 5) bring the count to seven Crumbl bakeries. In August, Dave's Hot Chicken signs an eight-unit development agreement with VFG — later expanded to 13 units.

  5. 2025

The first VFG Dave's Hot Chicken opens in Sandy Springs on May 30, followed by Kennesaw in August — the first in Cobb County — and Alpharetta on Halloween, October 31.

  6. Today

10 restaurants open, two more Dave's Hot Chicken under development — Cumming (opening January 2027) and Camp Creek (May 2027) — and a 13-unit Dave's territory spanning twelve counties from Atlanta north and west to Rome, Cartersville, Dalton, Dawsonville and Carrollton.

We're growing across metro Atlanta.

Building the next location, and the teams to run it. If you want to grow with us — or you have a site we should see — we'd like to hear from you.
